Last Hope Dry Gin is an exceptional London Dry Gin from the end of the world, a land of rugged windswept landscapes, ancient forests and wild adventures. Handcrafted with a combination of locally foraged botanicals and the highest quality traditional herbs and spices, Last Hope Dry Gin is southern Patagonia in a bottle.
Neither great adventures nor great gins are made by taking shortcuts. Winter’s Bark Pepper, Patagonian Maqui Berries, Native Lemon Verbena, Traditional Yerba Mate and other botannicals are distilled in the most traditional methods before nothing other than pure Patagonian water is added. Last Hope Dry Gin tastes like the dense forests, fragrant spring flowers and fresh winds of Patagonia.
Our Calafate Gin is an extraordinarily deep purple hued gin with rich red fruit notes on the nose and dark tannins with a refreshing bitterness in the mouth.
It is best enjoyed in citrus-forward cocktails.
Cocktails, share plates and the widest range of gins and whiskies you’ll find in Patagonia! Our small bar is the perfect spot to plan or recover from your Patagonian adventure.
Closed for holidays. Reopening 4th October 2023.
Our little distillery is adjacent to our bar, a short walk from the centre of Puerto Natales.
We offer a free tour of the distillery at 17:30 every day that the bar is open during the high season.
For every bottle we sell, we proudly donate CLP$500 to the Torres del Paine Legacy Fund.
All donations go directly to sustainability initiatives that preserve, support and celebrate the park and its surrounding communities.
Find Out MoreWe’re two Australians who arrived as tourists in Puerto Natales in 2015. We hiked the famous W-trek, in the typical knock-you-over Patagonian winds, snow, rain and more snow.
Following our own fruitless search for the perfect post-adventure beverage, we've dedicated ourselves to righting this shortcoming in the gastronomic bounty of Puerto Natales.
Those that venture to this end of the world tend to be awesome people.
